Every year we have a "Booze 'n Blow" fundraising where students have their blood alcohol content (BAC) measured. All the students get drunk (basically a regular evening) and they see, quantitatively, their drunkeness go up and up in little red LED lights.<BR/><BR/>Now, let's say someone blows .06 BAC, assumes it's safe to drive home and gets into an accident...<BR/><BR/>Think Housen v.
